When refunds are available
All purchased products come with a half-month quality assurance policy.
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you.
If the product is defective or faulty, we will not be able to exchange or refund it if more than two weeks have passed since the date of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.
If a refund cannot be provided
Please note that we cannot accept changes to your order (such as changing the product, color, or size) or cancellations after the order has been placed. Please check the contents before completing your order.
We cannot accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as incorrect size, different image, or wrong order.
